RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SIXTH STREET
PROJECT FUND THE SUM OF NINETEEN HUNDRED
NINETY-THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY-FOUR CENTS
( $1 , 993 . 54) TO THE SIGN & TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT
BUDGET.
WHEREAS, as part of traffic control in conjunction with West
Sixth Street, IX-6604( 3 ) --79-07, the Sign and Traffic Department
converted West Sixth Street from a one-way street to a two-way
street, and
WHEREAS, the cost of the labor, equipment and materials for
the work performed by the Sign and Traffic Department for the above
described project totaled $1, 993 . 54 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount
of $1 , 993 . 54 from the West Sixth Street Capital Account No. 422 to
the Sign & Traffic Department Budget, 3873 Reimbursement for
Services , for payment of work performed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1995.
