RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE LOCAL OPTION
SALES TAX FUND THE SUM OF THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE DOLLARS AND NO CENTS
( $35, 949. 00) TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1995 Fiscal Budget on
March 9, 1994, allocating $35, 949 . 00 of Local Option Sales Tax Fund
Money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of Lease/Purchase
Equipment Note.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$35,949 . 00 from the Local Option Sales Tax to the Debt Service Fund
for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1995 .
