RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TRUST AND
AGENCY FUND THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE
THOUSAND SIXTY-THREE DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS
( $665,063 . 08) TO THE GENERAL FUND AND THE SUM
OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS
( $128 , 595 .08) TO THE ROAD USE TAX FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1995 Fiscal Budget on
March 9 , 1994 allocating $3 ,722, 195. 00 to the General Fund and
$329,797 . 00 to the Road Use Tax Fund for the City' s share of
Insurance, FICA and IPERS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$665, 063 . 08 from the Trust and Agency Fund to the General Fund and
a transfer be made for the amount of $128, 595 . 08 from the Trust and
Agency Fund to the Road Use Tax Fund for Insurance, FICA and IPERS
costs as allowed by Section 384 . 12 of the State Code of Iowa.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 1995.
