RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VARIOUS FUND TRANSFERS.
WHEREAS, the Field Work for the City of Waterloo, Iowa Annual
Audit of Fiscal Year 1994 has been completed and various inter-fund
corrections, as determined by the Auditing Firm of Hogan-Hansen,
need to be made to adjust various funds .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following transfers be made:
