RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SANITATION
FUND THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO DOLLARS
( $298 , 342) TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1993-1994 Fiscal Budget
on February 23 , 1993 , allocating certain fund transfers to
reimburse health and sanitation inspection and equipment
maintenance functions within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$198, 342 from the Sanitation Fund ( #525) to the General Fund for
vehicle maintenance and ( $100,000) for the Black Hawk County Health
Inspection contract activity costs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1994 .
