RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM FUND THE SUM OF ONE
HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ( $110 ,000) TO THE
GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1993-1994 Fiscal Budget
on February 23, 1993 , allocating certain fund transfers to
reimburse for engineering activities within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made from the Street
Reconstruction Fund #441 ( $22,992 .53) and the Local Option Tax Fund
#050 ( $87 ,007 . 47) to the General Fund for engineering services
performed for street reconstruction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1994.
