RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE
PARKING FUND THE SUM OF FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ( $58,335) TO
THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1993-1994 Fiscal Budget
on February 23 , 1993, allocating certain fund transfers to
reimburse motor vehicle parking functions within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$58 , 335 from the Motor Vehicle Parking Fund to the General Fund for
vehicle maintenance ( $28,335) and a contribution to operations to
the General Fund ( $30,000) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
