RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SEWER RENTAL
FUND THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND
AND SEVEN DOLLARS ( $370,007) TO THE GENERAL
FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1993-1994 Fiscal Budget
on February 23 , 1993 , allocating certain fund transfers to
reimburse sewage treatment activities within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$370 ,007 from the Sewer Rental Fund to the General Fund for vehicle
and equipment maintenance as performed by the Central Garage for
the Sewer Fund ( $170 ,007 ) and a contribution to operations to the
General Fund in the amount of $200 ,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1994.
