RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING FUND THE SUM OF FOUR THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE DOLLARS AND TWO CENTS
( $4, 579 . 02) TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1994 Fiscal Budget on
February 23 , 1993, allocating $900,000. 00 of Tax Increment
financing money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of General
Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $4,579 . 02
from the Tax Increment Financing Fund to the Debt Service Fund for
payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1994.
