RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE CAPITAL
PROJECTS FUNDS THE SUM OF NINE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SIX
CENTS ( $9, 243 . 36) TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1993-1994 Fiscal Budget
on February 23 , 1993 , allocating certain fund transfers to
reimburse planning activities within capital project accounts for
Shaulis Road Construction and Sixth Street Corridor property
acquisition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made in the amount of
$5 ,371 . 38 from the Shaulis Road Fund ( #425) to the General Fund and
$3,871 . 98 from the Sixth Street Fund ( #422) to the General Fund for
administrative functions performed by the Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfers be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1994.
