RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $3,000 . 00 FROM THE
ROAD USE TAX FUND, $6 ,900.00 FROM THE SEWER
RENTAL FUND, AND $3,000. 00 FROM THE SOLID
WASTE/RECOVERY FACILITY FUND TO THE PERSONNEL
AGENCY OF THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that transfers be made in the amount of $3,000 . 00 from the
Road Use Tax Fund, $6,900. 00 from the Sewer Rental Fund, and
$3,000. 00 from the Solid Waste/Recovery Facility Fund to the
Personnel Agency within the General Fund for reimbursement of
administrative and management staff time spent on a variety of
Street, Sanitation and Sewer Fund work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfers be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1994.
