RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT INCUBATOR PROJECT FUND THE SUM OF
EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
( $8,500. 00) TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $8, 500. 00 from the
Community Development Incubator Project Fund to the Community
Development Block Grant Program fund to satisfy a F.Y. 1991 Audit
finding as reviewed by HUD.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of September, 1993 .
