RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE SUBSTITUTION
PROJECT (ENGINEERING) FUND THE SUM OF EIGHT
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $8, 300) TO THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $8,300. 00 from the
Substitution Project (Engineering) Fund to the Community
Development Block Grant Fund for reimbursement in a change order
Community Development Block Grant will have with Christy
Corporation for demolition of former Leroy' s DX, Washington & West
9th Street, for the Interstate Substitution Project, along with
their regular demolition contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Acting City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
