RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH GALLAGHER
BENEFIT SERVICES, INC. OF GREENWOOD VILLAGE,
COLORADO, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 8, 2010, at a cost not to
exceed $5,000.00, to provide up to two years of consulting
services on compliance with the Early Retiree Reimbursement Plan
(ERRP) and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA),
between Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. of Greenwood Village,
Colorado and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 2010.
