RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM CARDINAL
CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 2011 CARNEGIE ANNEX PARKING LOT REPAIR,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT
NO. 800, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2010-
966 IN ITS ENTIRETY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cardinal Construction, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2011 Carnegie Annex Parking Lot Repair,
Contract No. 800, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$55,599.01, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 25th day of October, 2010,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of
Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2010-966, be and
the same, hereby rescinded in its entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 2010.
