I/We hereby certify that I am/we are the only person, persons, firm or corporation interested in this proposal as principals and that it is made without collusion with any person, firm or corporation. It is understood that the following Bid/Bids shall include all necessary materials, labor, supervision, machinery, equipment, tools, bracing, false work and other means of construction, including all necessary tests incidental to such installation. I/We guarantee all of the work performed under this contract shall be done in accordance with the drawings and specifications, in a good and workmanlike manner, and to redo or repair any work which may be rejected due to defective materials or workmanship, prior to the final acceptance of the project, by the Project Architect and the Owner. 1/We propose to begin work and to prosecute the work so as to complete the same as Indicated.
