Black Hawk County Notice is hereby given that on the 16th
day of January,2024,at 5:30 p.m.in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa,to approve the request by
the City of Waterloo to vacate a 14,734
square foot portion of West Airline

Highway subject to the retention of a
