RESOLUTION NO. 2024-020
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CORRECTION OF
SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENTS TO PROPERTIES
DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO NOTIFY THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY
TREASURER OF SAID CORRECTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the sidewalk repair assessments to properties described on Exhibit "A" are hereby
corrected/canceled, along with any penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the
City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said
corrections/cancellations.
