DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH TODD J. BORWIG
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 1332 WALKER
STREET, ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY COUNCIL MAY 17,
2021, AND RECORDED FEBRUARY 17, 2023, AS DOC. NO.
2023-11532, FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT
PER THE TIMELINE PROVIDED FOR IN THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Termination of a Development Agreement with Todd J. Borwig for property located
north of 1332 Walker Street, originally approved by Council May 17, 2021, and recorded
February 17, 2023, as Doc. No. 2023-1 1 532, for failure to complete the project per the timeline
provided for in the development agreement, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January 2024.
