RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2, TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED OCTOBER
28, 2019, IN THE AMOUNT OF $147,300.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE LAPORTE ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE I PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1016,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to a Professional Services Agreement with AECOM
Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, originally October 28, 2019, in the amount of
$147,300.00, in conjunction with the LaPorte Road Improvements, Phase I, Contract No. 1016,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January 2024.
