RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH FAILOR HURLEY PROPERTIES, LLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated November 15, 2010, for sale
and conveyance of approximately 1.13 acres of city -owned property
generally located at the northwest corner of 18th Street and
Black Hawk Street for $1.00, for construction of a new 3,520
square foot industrial building with a minimum taxable value of
$230,000.00, by and between Failor Hurley Properties, LLC of
Hudson, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2010.
