RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID WITH STIVERS FORD OF WAUKEE, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $161,770.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) 2011 FORD
CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Stivers Ford of Waukee, Iowa, in the amount
of $161,770.00, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said project in Resolution No. 2010-
993, after public hearing on November 8, 2010 on published notice
required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
apparent lowest bid for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2010.
