RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOR A REAP
GRANT, NO. 11 -R4 -WR, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$171,902.00, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated November 15, 2010, for a REAP grant in
the amount of $171,902.00, to be used for the Riverview
Recreation Area Improvements Passive Unit Enhancements, by and
between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2010.
