RESOLUTION APPROVING
WITH HELPING SERVICES
INC., AND DIRECTING
AGREEMENT BY THE CHIEF
SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT
FOR NORTHEAST IOWA,
EXECUTION OF SAID
OF POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Subcontract Agreement dated November 15, 2010, for
performing compliance checks in an amount not to exceed $2,850.00
and for event monitoring in an amount not to exceed $1,575.00, in
conjunction with the Enforcement of Underage Drinking Laws, by
and between the Helping Services for Northeast Iowa, Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
authorizing the Chief of Police to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
