RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HELLMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 15, 2010,
at a cost of $62,440.00, with a 20 percent required local match,
to provide services for the Traffic Safety Awareness and
Marketing Campaign: Drive Safe Cedar Valley, by and between
Hellman Associates, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
