Our bid for two (2) new Golf Course Greensmowers meeting the specifications as
previously stated in these bid documents, delivered F.O.B. to Leisure Services, 1101
Campbell Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa, ready for use by the City of Waterloo:

If awarded the contract, we agree to deliver the above listed equipment to the City of
Waterloo by 12/1/24 (date). Failure to deliver to the City of
Waterloo on or before this stated date shall result in a penalty at a daily rate of $50.00
per working day until delivery is made.
We understand that this quotation will be reviewed by the Leisure Services Park
Superintendent and the Waterloo City Council for the purpose of securing the
equipment at the most favorable cost and delivery timeline. Life Cycle Analysis will be
used when appropriate. Factors such as service location and availability, warranty,
maintenance records and vendor's past performance records will be considered where
applicable.
