RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES - SECONDARY
APPRAISER WITH RALLY APPRAISAL, L.L.C. OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA FOR THE HAZARD MITIGATION
GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the First Amendment to Contract for Appraisal Services
- Secondary Appraiser with Rally Appraisal, L.L.C. of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, to provide appraisal services for the Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, to
extend the term of the contract for an additional period of six
(6) months, from December 1, 2010 to May 31, 2011, and to modify
the Service Fee Addendum to an amount not to exceed $5,750.00, be
and is hereby accepted.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute the
contract amendment with the said contractor for appraisal
services for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property
Acquisition Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th da of November, 2010.
