RESOLUTION APPROVING BONDS AND CERTIFICATES
OF INSURANCE WITH ATC ASSOCIATES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
ASBESTOS SURVEY AND ABATEMENT MONITORING
SERVICES FOR DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES OF THE
HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP)
PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Bonds and Certificates of Insurance with ATC
Associates, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the
Asbestos Survey and Abatement Monitoring Services for Demolition
Activities of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property
Acquisition Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount
of $17,982.00, for the faithful performance of contract signed by
New Hampshire Insurance Company of New York, New York, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2010.
