RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING OF LAPORTE CITY,
IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 15, 2010,
at a cost not to exceed $13,000.00, for professional engineering
services to determine the feasibility of different trail location
options between Gates Park Pool, along Donald Street, and the
existing trailhead at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr.
Drive and Idaho Street, by and between JDE Engineering of LaPorte
City, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2010.
