RESOLUTION APPROVING GARBAGE/SEWER/STORM
WATER MANAGEMENT FEE REDUCTION POLICY, INCOME
GUIDELINES, AND FORMS FOR LOW-INCOME
HOUSEHOLDS AND SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSEHOLDS OVER
65 YEARS OF AGE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2011.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has
established monthly Garbage/Sewer/Storm Water user fees, and
WHEREAS, low-income households and single-family households
over 65 years of age may make an annual application to the City
Clerk, and by meeting criteria established by the Finance
Committee of the City Council, may receive reduced
Garbage/Sewer/Storm Water user fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Garbage/Sewer/Storm Water Management Fee
Reduction Policy, Income Guidelines, and Forms for low-income
households and single-family households over 65 years of age, for
the Calendar Year 2011, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2010.

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-1031
RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT -OF -ENTRY AGREEMENT
WITH OVERHEAD DOOR CO. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right -of -Entry Agreement dated November 15, 2010, to
complete the restoration of the property in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2010 Riverfront Renaissance Trail - W. 6th Street to W. 18th
Street, Contract No. 761, by and between Overhead Door Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 2010.
