RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A NEW FIRE
TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate
of cost, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of a New Fire
Truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc. in conjunction with the purchase of a New Fire Truck, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-688 on August
2, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 22, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
purchase of a New Fire Truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
