RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF A NEW FIRE
TRUCK.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-1035, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of a New Fire Truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on November 22, 2010 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the authorization to
proceed with said purchase be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
