RESOLUTION NO. 2024-017
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS FEBRUARY 1, 2024, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 5, 2024, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO GOLF
COURSE GREENS MOWERS, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the purchase of two golf course greens mowers, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of two golf course
greens mowers, be scheduled for February 1, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of February 2024, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase of two golf course greens mowers.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January 2024.
