RESOLUTION NO. 2024-073
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT FUNDING
AGREEMENT WITH THE WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FOR ASBESTOS TESTING OF PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 100 COMMERCIAL STREET, 118 SYCAMORE
STREET, AND 128 SYCAMORE STREET, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Project Funding Agreement with the Waterloo Development Corporation for
asbestos testing of properties located at 100 Commercial Street, 118 Sycamore Street, and 128
Sycamore Street, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
