RESOLUTION NO. 2024-074
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,000.00 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARK AVENUE PARKING
RAMP REPAIRS PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Service Agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $27,000.00 in conjunction with the Park Avenue Parking Ramp
Repairs Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
