RESOLUTION NO. 2024-075
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IOWA CERTIFIED LOCAL
GOVERNMENT 2023 ANNUAL REPORT AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND COMMUNITY
PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Iowa Certified Local Government 2023 Annual Report is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and Community Planning and Development Director are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
