RESOLUTION NO. 2024-076
RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTICIPATION IN THE
NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL ACCESS NATIONAL
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT (NEPA) STUDY,
DESIGNATING THE MAYOR AS THE OFFICIAL
REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO AFFIX THEIR SIGNATURE
TO THE RESOLUTION, AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL
ASSURANCES IN THE AMOUNT OF $60,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that participation in the Northeast Industrial Access National Environmental Policy Act
(NEPA) study, designating the Mayor as the official representative of the City of Waterloo, and
providing financial assurances in the amount of $60,000.00 is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
