BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated February 5, 2024, between Damir Dzanic and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a new commercial building located north of 110 Dunham Place, with a minimum assessed value of$200,000.00, and legally described as follows: LOT 14, EXCEPT THE SOUTH 20 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 15, ALL IN GUENTHER'S OUT LOTS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. is hereby approved. 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
