RESOLUTION NO. 2024-048
RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AND WATERLOO FIRE
RESCUE, AND AUTHORIZING THE FIRE CHIEF TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Memorandum of Understanding dated February 2, 2024, between the
Department of Administrative Services and Waterloo Fire Rescue for use of durable medical
equipment (DME), is hereby approved, and the Fire Chief is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
