RESOLUTION NO. 2024-049
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING THE
DATE OF BID OPENING AS FEBRUARY 29, 2024, AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 4, 2024, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2024 CIPP PH IVB 1 PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 1102, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2024 CIPP Ph IVB1 Project, Contract No. 1102, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with FY 2024 CIPP Ph IVB1 Project,
Contract No. 1102, be scheduled for February 29, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 4th day of March 2024, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2024 CIPP Ph IVB1 Project, Contract No.
1102 Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
