RESOLUTION NO. 2024-059
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE
CUSTOMER AGREEMENT ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON
AUGUST 17, 2017, FOR AN AUTOMATED RED LIGHT AND
SPEED ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM WITH SENSYSGATSO
OF BEVERLY, MASSACHUSETTS, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that an amendment to the Customer Agreement with SensysGatso of Beverly,
Massachusetts, originally approved by Council on August 17, 2017, for an automated red light
and speed enforcement program, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
