RESOLUTION NO. 2024-065
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO CONVENTION
CENTER RESTROOM RENOVATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file specifications,
bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Convention Center
Restroom Renovation Project, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said
specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo
Convention Center Restroom Renovation Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 5, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Waterloo Convention Center Restroom Renovation Project, are hereby approved, and
said project proceeds in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
