RESOLUTION NO. 2024-067
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TWO GOLF COURSE GREENS MOWERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of two (2) golf course greens mowers, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said specifications, bid documents,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of two (2) golf course greens mowers, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February 5, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of
two (2) golf course greens mowers, are hereby approved and said purchase proceeds in
accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
