RESOLUTION NO. 2024-070
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRE -CONSTRUCTION
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00, 1N
CONJUNCTION WITH THE US 63 (1ST STREET) BRIDGE
REHABILITATION, DOT PROJECT NUMBER BRFN-063-
6(100)--39-07, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Pre -construction Agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation, in the
amount of $10,000.00, in conjunction with the US 63 (1st Street) bridge rehabilitation, DOT
Project Number BRFN-063-6(100)--39-07, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
