RESOLUTION NO. 2024-071
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ISG INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $7,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RIDGEWAY AND HAMMOND AVENUE ROUNDABOUT
PLACEMENT AND FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with ISG Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $7,000.00, in conjunction with the Ridgeway and Hammond Avenue Roundabout
Placement and Functional Analysis, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February 2024.
