RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
F.Y. 2011 MIDPORT BOULEVARD EXTENSION - PHASE
II, RM -8155(772)-9D-07, CONTRACT NO. 802, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 22, 2010,
at a cost not to exceed $39,500.00, for architectural and
engineering services in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 MidPort
Boulevard Extension - Phase II, RM -8155(772)-9D-07, Contract No.
802, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
