RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 4 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 4 dated November 22, 2010,
removing Task 31 - Water Main Design from Supplemental Agreement
No. 3 for a deduction of $86,100.00, wherein the water main
design will be completed by a separate contract with the Waterloo
Water Works, for the final design phase of the U.S. Highway 63
Improvements from Newell Street to Donald Street, by and between
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
