RESOLUTION APPROVING FEDERAL -AID AGREEMENT
WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Federal -Aid Agreement dated November 22, 2010, for
Surface Transportation Program (STP) funds, in the amount of
$280,000.00, with city match of $70,000.00, in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2010 Downtown Wayfinding Signage, Contract No. 783, for
the fabrication and installation of 14 wayfinding signs and 11
guide signs, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
