RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS FOR THE
DISASTER RECOVERY EXPANDED BUSINESS RENTAL
ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT
OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts for the Disaster Recovery Expanded Business
Rental Assistance Program with the following businesses:
A & S Petroleum, Inc., 127 Jefferson Street $125,559.00
The Twin Sports Group, Inc., 850 Park Road $18,513.18
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
