RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT WITH HALVORSON TRANS SERVICES,
INC. OF CLIVE, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$134.160.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SMART
CONTROL SYSTEMS - ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND
CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Halvorson Trane Services, Inc. of Clive,
Iowa, in the amount of $134,160.00, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project in Resolution No. 2010-995, after public hearing on
November 8, 2010 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd da of November, 2010.
